animals/anthropomorphic characters, gijinka, fan art, OCs, mild nudity (fees may apply), mild gore❌I will not draw:
full nudity, mechas, complicated props, backgrounds

GENERAL
-Please give me up to 1 week to review your order form and contact you.
-Client must send at least one reference image
-Character design work will require additional fees.
-Additional fees will be applied to nsfw or complex commissions.
-Maximum of 3 major changes allowed during sketching process. Large changes (ex. pose, composition, sizing) cannot be made past line art phase.
-I have the right to decline any type of commission work.PAYMENT
-Payments are by paypal only, invoice will be sent directly. Please do not send money for commissions until invoice is sent.
- Please note, 5% GST will be added on top of prices.
-50% deposit required before starting work. Pay is not accepted until available to work and commissions will not be started until deposit payment is made.
-Commissions are none refundable once finished!DELIVERY
- Regular commissions may take roughly 1-3 weeks to complete.
- If you have a deadline that must be met, please specify in comment section of order form. A rush fee may be applied depending on deadline.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
-Commissioned works may be used for personal use (profile pictures, banners, posting online) with proper credit to me as the artist.
-Resale/distribution of product are not permitted by any means without prior agreement. This includes NFT minting or any AI use.
-You may not claim artwork as your own work, modify, trace, or heavily reference.
-Signatures or watermarks cannot be removed without permission.
-I retain the rights to display and use commissioned works for promotional purposes unless an NDA has been discussed prior.REFUNDS
- Full refunds are only granted if work has not begun or I am unable to fully complete order.
- Deposits cannot be refunded for cancellation once sketching has begun.
- There are no refunds for finished products.
